1. Classic Chicken Parmesan $11.95 ~ Breaded Chicken breast smothered in parmesan cheese and red sauce.  Served with penne on the side.  House Salad, Red Hen bread and dessert included.

2. Steak Salad $10.95 ~ Generous seasonal greens with tomato, cucumber, carrot, and red onion topped with grilled marinated top sirloin. Served with your choice of homemade Thousand Island dressing or Juniper's balsamic vinaigrette. Red Hen bread and dessert included.

TO ORDER: You may order by phone or walk in between 4 and 7 PM. Call 802.244.5504 after 1 PM on Friday. (You can call earlier in the week too but you might have to leave us a message.)

PICK UP: At the Juniper's Fare Restaurant located at the junction of Route 100 and Route 2 in Waterbury. Right across from Snowfire.
